Advanced Placement Examinations

Grace University participates in the Advanced Placement Program of the College Entrance Examination Board. Credit may be awarded to students who perform satisfactorily in certain college level courses in secondary school and who receive a score of "3", "4" or "5" on the Advanced Placement Examinations. The amount of credit (if variable) and where the credit fits in a respective student’s program requirements will be determined by the Registrar.
A total of 15 hours of credit can be earned through examinations such as AP, CLEP, and Challenge Exams. Credit can only be offered in fields of studies that are equivalent to those offered or approved by the University. The University follows the ACE credit recommendations as listed in this chart. Credit earned by AP examination is not counted towards residency requirements for graduation.
