Intercultural Administration

Students gain an educational foundation for a business career in an intercultural setting. Courses focus on administering an organization in an intercultural setting in the areas of Finance, Operations Management, Human Resource, and Communication. The student is required to participate in The EDGE experience that includes 15 hours of classes that are taught at an overseas site. Three of the courses are taken in conjunction with students in the Intercultural Studies program, while the remaining two courses are taken under the direction of the Business Staff at the overseas location. Students also are required to serve in an internship with an intercultural organization to gain field experience during The EDGE. Courses include:
