Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary Loan

What is an interlibrary loan?

Materials not available at the Grace Library may be obtained from other libraries in our consortium and other libraries in North America via interlibrary loan. These materials (circulating books, copies of journal articles, and in some cases audiovisual materials) are loaned to the Grace Library for your use. Please send as much information as you have on the item(s) you wish to borrow through interlibrary loan to bbrick@graceu.edu, or fill out an online ILL form on FIRSTSEARCH’S WORLDCAT or ARTICLEFIRST.

Who can acquire an ILL?

Current students, faculty and staff may request an ILL. They simply fill out an ILL request form and turn it in at the reference or circulation desks.

Is a there a fee for checking out an ILL?

In most cases a one-dollar fee is charged for each item requested to help defray shipping costs
