Youth Care Worker

Uta Halee/Cooper Village

Utilize your counseling and communication skills to help youth in a therapeutic setting. Role model daily living skills for teens and provide input as a team member toward the teen’s treatment/care plan.

About Uta Halee/Cooper Village: We are a non-profit agency that currently employs ~300 staff. Our credentialed, experienced professionals are trained in family, group, and individual therapy; behavior management; recreation therapy; education; addictions counseling; nursing; vocational preparation; and other specialty areas. Our direct care staff, the Youth Care workers, are part of an interdisciplinary team which helps to coordinate the daily living functions of the youth while providing role modeling and mentoring.
