Calvary Evangelical Free Church in Rugby, ND is searching for a Senior Pastor.

The Senior Pastor will be responsible for the pulpit ministry of the church. He will equip the church in disciple making, spiritual growth, evangelism, relationship building and outreach to the community.

We are seeking a pastor that will serve as Ephesians 4:11-13. He will also be be an elder/overseer to the church and have the qualifications of an elder like 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.

A Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred. The candidate must be licensed or willing to become licensed.

Youth Pastor

Wellsville Baptist Church


BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Youth Pastor is entrusted with assisting the Senior Pastor in the pastoral
ministries of the church and the oversight of the educational ministries with special focus on the youth
ministries of the church. These ends shall be accoinp~ished through the offices of teaching, evangelism,
discipleship, training, administration, coqn.seling, and pastoral care. He/She is called to serve as a
pastor/teacher and model to the people of the Wellsville Baptist Church and to our community.
Accountability
The Youth Pastor shall:
1. Serve directly under and be accountable to the Senior Pastor in a staff relationship. Each staff member
is to be valued as the equal of others, because all faithful service ranks the same with God. Job titles are
used to designate lines of responsibility, accountability and authority.
2. Receive a yearly assessment by July 2nd by the Senior Pastor in order to evaluate hislher ministry and
locate strengths to be built upon and weaknesses in which to seek development.
3. Live in the community of Wellsville.
Responsibilities
The Youth Pastor shall be responsible for:
• Planning, developing, goal setting, ascertaining youth needs and administering the Youth Ministry
of the church.
• Coordinating the programs and plans of the Youth Ministry with the overall church ministry, other
ministries, and the church calendar, as appropriate, to include youth recognition, youth newsletter,
mission education, service projects such as a summer Mission trip and youth participation in
regular Sunday worship.
• Setting goals for the Youth Ministry consistent with the overall church goals. These goals shall be
determined with an appropriate balance of evangelism and discipleship of youth in our church and
community.
• Recruiting the volunteer staff necessary to implement youth programs with the approval of the
Board of Christian Education, as well as training and encouraging them to minister to the teens.
• Assisting in the development of special ministries as a resource person in the areas of children's
ministries (A WANA, worship, Junior Church, VBS, etc.); youth programming; young
adult/singles programming; family life concerns; discipleship development; retreats, conference
planning and camping.
• Evaluating the work and program of the entire youth ministry of the church, presenting analysis for
consideration with recommendations for new and innovative programs.

• Interpreting the youth ministry program to the congregation.
• Assist the Board of Christian Education in formulating and recommending an annual budget for
the youth (including equipment needs) to the Budget Committee no later than September 1.
• Ensuring that the youth of the WelIsville.,Baptist Church and the surrounding community are
effectively evangelized, discj pled, and encouraged to mature in their Christian lives.
• Visiting youth (in their homes, at school, at sporting events, at work, etc.) on a regular basis.
• Being available to-and providing counseling to youth and parents of youth according to their needs
and the Youth Pastor's skill level.
• Serving as an ex-officio member of the Board of Christian Education.
• Providing meetings as necessary, but at least semi-annually, with parents of teens (and other
interested church members) in order to seek guidance and direction, share concerns, share
accomplishments and share details of upcoming events.
• Scheduling time for study, personal devotions, conference enrichment, renewal experiences and
vacation.
• Providing the church with four (4) three-month written reports, which includes the annual report,
showing how the above responsibilities were implemented.
• Sharing in the teaching, preaching and pastoral ministries of the church as needed or requested by
the Senior Pastor and/or the Deacon Board.
• Preparing for and attending all staff meetings to begin with prioritizing the above.

Director of Worship Arts

Judson Baptist Church


Judson Baptist Church in La Vista, NE seeks a Director of Worship Arts. This position is open to anyone who has the ability to lead musicians and a congregation in music and drama. This position may include but is not limited to music and drama direction, Bible Group teacher, Pulpit preaching, Audio/Visual Management, and/or office administrative duties. The preferred candidate would be hired on a 90 day interim basis, then voted on by the church congregation. If a favorable vote is given the candidate is then given a regular part-time status. Part-time would consist of 10 hours a week plus regular attendance on Sundays. The part-time status would remain until such time that the church growth would support a full-time position.

The preferred candidate would possess good leadership and organizational qualities, solid work background, a professional ability to play either the guitar or piano, have a knowledge of reading and sight reading music. possess or currently be in pursuit of a music or Bible degree, have an authentic salvation testimony and walk with Christ, solid church background, and a working knowledge of audio/visual equipment.
